Course Description :

This course deals with the general principles of labor law, in terms of their definition, evolution, sources, independence and the scope of application. It also deals with the individual labor contract, regarding elements, duration and effects together with the legal regulations of the collective labor conventions, labor syndicates and the settlement of the collective labor disputes. It also considers the social security law in terms of its general principles, importance, development, extent of its application, and rules of security in case of work accidents.
